عالم ما بعد أمريكا - فى هذ الكتاب تحدث فريد زكريا عن صعود قوى أخرى بجانب أمريكا - و شدد أنه لا يعنى بذلك إنهيار أمريكا - و ما يعنينا فى هذا الكتاب الإشارة إلى ما سبق وتحدثنا عنه سابقاً ؛ حول القوة القاهرة الصاعدة التى تدير حالياً الإقتصاد العالمى ، و تدفعه دفعاً نحو المنظومة الجديدة … و حيث أننا لانتحدث بلغة الألغاز نبدأ بالإشارة إلى ما ذكره حول إنهيار الإتحاد السوفيتى مستعيراً عبارة مارجريت تاتشر فى وصف الوضع الإقتصادى فى العالم عقب انهيار الإتحاد السوفيتى حيث قالت : " ليست هناك بدائل " بينما فى الحقيقة فإن البديل أى القوة الإقتصادية القاهرة الصاعدة هى ذاتها من قام و عمل على إنهيار الإتحاد السوفيتى !! بل و استمر عملها القاهر: وصولاً بتسبيب الأزمة المالية العالمية - و ما زالت و ستظل تفرض قوتها و قواعدها حتى تصل لمرادها - و مرادها وحدها - حتى تكون البديل الإقتصادى الوحيد على مستوى العالم … هذا ليس تهديداً أو إرهاباً ، و لكنه قراءة واعية لمنطق الأحداث ….
و ما صعود الصين و الهند و روسيا ؛ إلا لأن هذه القوة الإقتصادية القاهرة التى نحن بصدد الحديث عنها - هى نفسها التى تفرض معادلة التوازن بين الشرق الإشتراكى و الغرب الرأسمالى :
حيث فى الشرق كانت المعادلة الخاطئة هى ج>ع أى مقدار الطاقة المبذولة عملاً أكبر من العائد المستحق مقابلها …
و فى المقابل كانت المعادلة الخاطئة فى الغرب الرأسمالى هى ع>ج أى عائد غير مستحق مقابل طاقة هى أقل ……
بينما هذه القوة الإقتصادية القاهرة تأبى إلا أن تكون المعادلة ج=ع أى عائد مناسب مقابل الجهد المبذول عملاً فى مقابله … فإذا كان البشر لا يرضون إلا أن يَِِظلموا ؛ فإن قوة قوانين الطبيعة لا ترضى بذلك .. كما لا يرضى الماء إلا أن يكون مستطرقاً.
هذا ماسبق و أن أشرنا إليه فى مقالاتنا السابقة فى هذه المدونة و لعدم التكرار و التطويل ، لذا لزم الرد و التنويه …
